This weekend, think about ordering our lobster eggs benedict, made with two poached eggs, lobster hollandaise, a Thomas’ English Muffin, and potato hash. Another selection is our Blazin’ Biscuits. These are made with three pieces of spiced fried chicken over buttermilk biscuits and smothered in sausage gravy. It isn’t brunch without avocado toast, you can even order this menu option from B Square, made with Challah Texas Toasted and topped with avocado puree, feta cheese, tomatoes, radishes, and micro greens.

Another reason everyone loves brunch is that you can sip on a cocktail or two during your afternoon meal. At B Square, we serve bottomless mimosas and sangrias during our boozy brunch. We also have the B Square Bloody, which is our take on a Bloody Mary, in addition to an Aperol Spritz, the Old Cuban, and a variety of sparkling drinks.
